Dispatch Information

 

Our team does not operate on bank holidays. Any orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Current dispatch time: 1–2 working days.

This means that orders placed over the bank holiday weekend will be shipped by Wednesday 6th May.

Please note that shipping transit times begin once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Tracking updates may not appear during the bank holiday weekend. This is because parcels are not scanned into the delivery network until the next working day.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Shipping time starts once your order has been dispatched.

Weekend & Bank Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day*

*Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Our warehouse team does not operate on these days. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. 

Please note tracking information will not update over the weekend. This is due to the orders not being scanned into the delivery network over this period.

Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct when placing your order, as due to our fast processing times we cannot guarantee that we can change an address once an order has been placed. We take no responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address.
